Seniors & Veterans
Lydia Edwards deeply values the strength and dedication of both our elder and veteran communities. Growing up with a mother who served in the U.S. Air Force, and serving herself in the Massachusetts Army National Guard’s Judge Advocate General Corps, she understands firsthand the sacrifices made in service. In the Senate, Lydia fights for secure housing, access to in‑home care, mental health support, tax relief, and economic opportunity for seniors and veterans. She believes that those who have served our nation or spent a lifetime building families and communities deserve dignity, support, and a voice in shaping our Commonwealth’s future.
